ABOUT THE BRAND
MAILEG
Get ready to be completely enchanted by the magical world of Maileg. Created by Dorthe Mailil, a Danish designer and illustrator, in 1999. Dorthe and her husband Erik founded Maileg in 1999, combining their surname, “Mailil,” with “leg,” the Danish word for “play.” Since then, the playful and whimsical world of mice, bunnies, and teddy bears has created legions of fans around the world. Dorthe continues to design the adorable Maileg mice and bunnies, creating exciting new collections twice a year. The most beloved since the beginning have been the fantastic dancing mouse collections and, more recently, the tricycle mouse and hiking mouse collections have enjoyed great success.
