Machine wash separately using a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30 °C. Due to the size and weight of this rug, we recommend using a professional laundry service.
Do not use a washing machine with a central spin/agitator, as this could damage the rug.
Use a mild detergent and do not use fabric softener or bleach.
Select a low spin speed if the rug has braids, fringes or pom-poms. Do not leave the rug wet in the washing machine, as the colors could run or stain.
Tumble dry at a low temperature. Avoid drying in direct sunlight.
Do not worry if lint appears, as it consists of residual fibers produced when the cotton is cut. We recommend vacuuming regularly using a low-power suction setting and a long-pile setting. Do not use a beater bar or any other rotating accessory that could damage the pile. We do not recommend using robotic floor cleaners.
If you find long or loose threads, cut them with a pair of scissors. Do not pull on the threads.
