ALAVA Balance Board - Birch

Fitwood's ALAVA birch balance board is designed to improve stability and strengthen the body's muscles. With its elegant design, this board offers a solid and responsive platform, ideal for balance and strengthening exercises. Improve your fitness with the ALAVA balance board.

The ALAVA balance board is a simple yet powerful tool for improving your strength, coordination, and balance in the comfort of your own home. Thanks to its compact size, you can easily take it with you wherever you go, and its beautiful, carefully finished design ensures that your workouts are always within reach, as there is no need to hide it between workouts.

The board was designed to develop body control and strength. Having good overall body control reduces the risk of injury, and balance training can help improve your posture, enhance your coordination, and facilitate rehabilitation. Since the exercises are based on bodyweight training and there are countless ways to increase the level of challenge, ALAVA is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their balance, as well as advanced board-sports athletes. The harder the surface underneath, the faster it will generally be, so we recommend starting your balance training on an exercise mat or another slightly softer surface. ALAVA guarantees fun and challenges for everyone, regardless of age or skill level, but be warned: staying balanced is highly addictive once you get started.
