- It is completely normal for our washable rugs to shed during the first few months, as our products are entirely handmade. We recommend sweeping the rug with a stiff broom and vacuuming regularly.
- Vacuum regularly to prevent dust and crumbs from becoming embedded in the roots of the fibers. Use low suction power. Do not use a beater bar or any other rotating attachment that could damage the pile. We do not recommend using robotic floor cleaners.
- SWEEP the rug with a broom or a soft or natural-fiber brush.
- SHAKE OUTDOORS from time to time to help remove dirt that may settle between the fibers, especially those with long pile.
