- Machine wash (capacity 6 kg or more) separately using a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30 °C.
- Do not use a washing machine with a central spinner/agitator, as this could damage the rug.
- Use a mild detergent and do not use fabric softener or bleach.
- Select a low spin speed if the rug has braids, fringes, or pompoms. Do not leave the wet rug in the washing machine, as the colors may run or stain.
- Tumble dry at a low temperature. Avoid drying in the sun.
- Don't worry if lint appears, as this consists of fiber residue produced when the cotton is cut. We recommend vacuuming regularly using a low-power suction setting and a long-pile brush setting.
- Do not use a beater bar or any other rotating accessory that could damage the pile. We advise against using robot vacuum cleaners.
- If you find long or loose threads, cut them with a pair of scissors. Do not pull on the threads.
