Machine wash separately using a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30 °C. Due to the size and weight of this rug, we recommend using a professional laundry service.
Do not use a washing machine with a central spinner/agitator, as this could damage the rug.
Use a mild detergent and do not use fabric softener or bleach.
Select a low spin speed if the rug has braids, fringes, or pompoms. Do not leave the wet rug in the washing machine, as the colors may run or bleed.
Tumble dry at low temperature. Avoid drying in the sun.
Do not worry if lint appears, as it consists of fiber residues produced when the cotton is cut. We recommend vacuuming regularly using a low-power setting and a long-pile attachment. Do not use a beater bar or any other rotating accessory that could damage the pile. We advise against using robotic floor cleaners.
If you find long or loose threads, cut them with a pair of scissors. Do not pull on the threads.
